    This location is a farce who don’t care about customer satisfaction. Paid one price in Hanover (cheaper price) and went to this location to purchase more of the product to complete the home project and they wouldn’t honor the cheaper price (even though I had original receipt on hand). My husband was brushed off quickly and was told ‘Sorry dude, nothing I can do about it. That’s the price’ Good job Owen Sound Home Hardware, your professionalism is not going unnoticed.
