    What a horrible experience it was! I brought pre-own certified car. They gave me bad customer service I ever had in my life. Whenever, I tried to contact them for any issue related with the car they tried to avoid them. They checked my car for the break noise and tried to resolve it. However, it still not gone. Now, they are try to say that that's the normal noise of the breaks. It's so laud and clear. Even everybody surrounds me can listen that noise. I would suggest don't waste your time and money with this business.
